Assembled and foreign dif✔ferences

2022-10-18

In 2016, the General Office of the State Counc§il issued the Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Developing Fabri×cated Buildings. Since then, prefabεricated buildings have‍ attracted public atte♦ntion. However, compared with foreign countr™ies, prefabricated buildings in China are stilβl in their infancy. Let's take a look at the current situation and de↑velopment of prefabricated γbuildings in other countries!

The use of prefabricated structures in France has £experienced more than 130 years of developmenδt. The structural system is mainly compose←d of fabricated frame structures (the assembly ra±te reaches 80%). Dry methods such as• welding and bolt connection are popular, and the production and cαonstruction quality are♠ high.

The composite plate shear wall structure system is mainly used •in Germany, which has developed into a series, standardized, hπigh-quality and energy-saving ♣prefabricated residential production system.

Sweden is the first country in the world to legalize modulus, with more than 80% of newly built resid‍ential buildings usi ng general assembly building components .

Denmark's approach to building industrialization is to develop a uni¥versal system centered on "product catalog design&q$uot;, while paying more <attention to diversification on the basis o$f generalization.

The prefabricated housing in the United States originated in the ¥1930s. In 1976, the Congress of the United States passed the Nati©onal Industrialized Housing Construc‍tion and Safety Act. In the same year, a• series of strict industry standards were introduced. In addition to paying att&ention to quality, more attention is paid to improving beauty,☆ comfort and personalization. At present∑, one in 16 people live in prefabricat"ed housing, which has become the main form of affordable housing su¶bsidized by non-governmental organiza©tions.

Singapore's block houses are ge©nerally 15~30 storey un•it high-rise residential buildings. Since the early 1990s, prefabrication £and assembly construction have been attempted. ↑Now they have developed maturely, with theα assembly rate reaching more than 70%.

In 1968, Japan put forward the concept of pr♣efabricated housing. In 1990, it introduced ←the "middle and high-rise housing production system&quo÷t; that adopts parts, industrialized production mode, high production efficienc•y, variable internal structure of housing, and adapts to various needs of reσsidents. It has experienced the con$tinuous evolution and improvement process from sta'ndardization, diversification, industrialization to λintensification and informatization.  The prefabricated building structuresΩ built during this period  have withstood the test of the Kob≈e earthquake of magnitude 7.3 in 1α998.

Current situation of fabricated steel stru★ctures in China

The advantages of prefabricated steel structure build→ings are obvious to all, but the devel♠opment of prefabricated steel structure buildings i₹n China has been slow. Zhou Fαulin, academician of the Department of Civi$l Engineering, Water Conservan™cy and Building Engineering εof the Chinese Acadeεmy of Engineering, once said that the degree of indus®trialization of construction assembly in ∏China is only 3% - 5%, while ₹that in Europe and the Uφnited States is 75%, Sweden is 80%, and Japan is 70%.

On March 5, 2016, the Prime Minαister put forward in the government work report: actively promote green bu£ildings and building materials, vigorously develop steel structures and prefa∞bricated buildings, and improve the standards and quality of construction projec‍ts. The "prefabricated buildings" were written &into the government work report, and prefabricated bui∞ldings officially entered peo↑ple's lives.

Since 2016, China has promoted the development of prefabricated buildi♥ngs. The state and local governments have frequently issued r♥elevant promotion polic÷ies, increased support and promotion for green bui÷ldings and prefabricated builπdings, and opened th€e market space for prefabricated buildings.

In March 2017, the Ministry of≥ Housing and Urban Rural Development released the "13th Five Year Plan" actio↔n plan for prefabricated buildings¥, followed by relevant policy documents issuedδ by various provinces and cities to vigorously promotΩe the development of pref≈abricated construction industry. At presenεt, China's prefabricated building area has reached 188 million square mete∞rs, and the market scale has rea♠ched 441.8 billion yuan. It is estimated that China≥9;s prefabricated building§ area will exceed 200 million square meters in 2019, and the ™market scale will also exceed 500 ₽billion yuan, Although there is still a gap between China and foreign couπntries in the development of prefabricated buildings, China has →been making breakthroughs in prefabricated buildings.
