Aluminum gusset plate is the most common type of metal ceiling. It is a  new type of home decoration ceiling material that appeared in the 1990s a nd is mainly used in kitchen and toilet ceiling projects. As  the whole project of aluminum gusset plate is made of allα metal, it is superior to PVC materials and plastic steel mate>rials in terms of service life and embracing capacity. At present, al∞uminum gusset plate has become one of the ind§ispensable materials in the whole pr$oject of home decoratio n. People often compare the≈ aluminum gusset plate to "the hat≥ of kitchen and bathroom" because it has better protection pe∞rformance and beautification and decoration effect₹ on kitchen and bathroom! At present, the aluminum gus set plate industry has been widely used in large a®nd medium-sized cities acr♣oss the country, and has beco♦me mature and comprehensive.

In China, aluminum gusset pla♠tes for home decoration are m‌ainly classified into right angle aluminum gusset plates an←d diagonal aluminum gusset pl₩ates according to their shapes. (Because the bevel is  not conducive to the later scrubbing work, the market generally uses: right an$gle, but there is no great difference in price between ri↓ght angle and bevel angle.) The aluminum gusset plates for home ↔decoration are mainly divided into three categories according to εthe surface treatment ∏process in China: sprayed aluminum gusse×t plates, roller coated aluminum gusset γplates, and coated aluminum gusset p↔lates. Because the aluminum gusset plate has many types, smooth lines, rich colors, πgood appearance, and is more fireproof, moisture-proof, ea₹sy to install, easy to clean, designers and customers c✘an choose ceiling according to the color of furniture and ≥floor color, which is welcomed by consumerλs and has been recognized by the world. Ceiling has been developed fr$om gypsum board, mineral woo₽l board, PVC and aluminum gusset  board for a long time . When the aluminum gusset plateα came out in the early stage, there was only spray coating plate, and t±hen it developed to roll coati∏ng and then to film covering. (The film covering is mostly us​ed for home decoratio¶n.) At present, this kind of film covering iεs PVC film in the market, and a kind of PET film☆ is produced in Japan, which is more environmenβtally friendly. From this point €of view, the aluminum gusset plate has a very good pro☆spect in the next few years.

Main factors determining the qu€ality and price posit₩ioning of aluminum gusset plate:

The aluminum materials used for the ceiling are all✔ aluminum alloys, and there can be no pure aluminum. However, due to different♦ alloy content, the mechanical properties of aluminum al÷loys are different. At present, aluminum alloys used  for ceiling materials in China are roughly divided into five grades:‍

Grade I: aluminum magnesium alloy, whic≥h also contains part of manganese, has the greatest advant"age of good oxidation resistance. At the same time, because €of the manganese content, it has certain strength and stiffness, and is ÷the most ideal material for← ceiling. The aluminum processing perf✘ormance of Southwest Aluminum Plant in China is the most stable.

Grade II: aluminum manganese alloy, which is  slightly superior to aluminum magnesium alloy in strength and stiffness. ↔However, the oxidation res‌istance is slightly l₹ower than that of aluminum magnesium alloy. For example, both sides a<re protected, basically solving the problem that it"s oxidation resistance is not as good as that of aluminum magnesium a‌lloy. The aluminum pr∑ocessing performance of domestic Ruimin Aluminum is the most stable.

Grade III: aluminum alloy, which​ contains less manganese an•d magnesium. Therefore, its strength and sti↔ffness are obviously lower than those of aluminum magnesium a≤lloy and aluminum manganese alloy.← Because it is soft and easy to procesΩs, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the bπasic flatness requirements of the ceili↑ng. However, its oxid∞ation resistance is obviously inferior to that of Al Mg alloy and Aβl Mn alloy. It is easy to deform during processing, transportation a×nd installation.

Grade IV: ordinary aluminum alloy, which has unstable mechanical pr★operties.

Grade 5: The raw material of this kind of plate is® aluminum ingots melΩted and bound into alΩuminum plates by aluminum processing plants, without controlling the chemi cal composition at all. Due to out of contr>ol chemical composition, the performance of these materials is ex↔tremely unstable, res≥ulting in serious unevenness of¶ the product surface, product deformation and easy oxidation.

It is not difficult to analyze the quality assurance of each cαeiling after molding from the above several high-gr♠ade ingredients. As the best alum inum gusset plate, their main raw materials πare aluminum magnesium alloy plates from Southwest Aluminum Plan t and aluminum manganese alloy plates from Ruimin Aluminum. Now many p™eople think that the thicker the plate is, the better. It can be k₹nown from the analysis of the above raw‍ materials. If the same raw materials are used, the thicker the plate is, ¶the better. However, if the plate is of the fifth grad≤e, it can't be thicker. In addition, in∑ terms of surface treatment, some manufacturers♣' raw materials do not reach a certain thickness, but in ₽order to pursue the concept of thick✔ness, they spray an additional layer of ≥paint during surface treatment. Ord≥inary consumers can't have a good understanding of the∏ original material when purchas©ing aluminum gusset plates. The simplest w∞ay is to feel the strength and hardne★ss of aluminum plates with hands.
